Tonight is the night!!! Lots of people bag on Japanese curry, saying other curries are superior. I think that they are all different, and you cannot put one before the other. Sometimes you just *need* a certain type of curry. I know Mariko started making tonight’s curry at around noon today, so it should be perfect around dinner time. It’s actually better the day after, but oh man, I am so psyched to be having kare-raisu tonight!
