We had a great weekend! On Friday, my Mom came to visit for a few days, which always means lots of good eating. Friday night we just picked up something at Hunan Ranch, which is a Chinese restaurant nearby. The food there is always great, and it seems that whenever we have guests come in from out-of-town, we get take out from there. On Saturday we all went to the new Asian market to get some food for that night’s dinner. The market is huge and clean and has great prices. I picked up a can of Tom Yum flavored peanuts for $1.49, and they are really tasty.
